We provide comprehensive educational consultancy, including but not limited to: country, university and course selection, application guidance, scholarship guidance, mock visa interview preparation, visa application and documentation support, and pre-departure briefing. All services are provided as guidance and facilitation.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information as required for your university and visa applications. Any false or misleading information may result in the rejection of your application by the relevant institution or authority, for which Brave Education BD will not be held responsible.

3. Service Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No Guarantee of Admission or Visa: We provide expert guidance to maximize your chances of success. However, Brave Education BD does not guarantee admission to any university or the approval of any visa application. All final decisions are made solely by the respective universities and government/immigration authorities.
Third-Party Actions: We are not liable for any errors, delays, or rejections caused by third-party institutions (e.g., universities, embassies, visa processing centres, or testing providers).
Free Services: Our "Free Counselling" service is provided as an initial assessment and guidance. It does not include third-party fees such as university application fees, visa fees, or test fees.
Third-Party Booking System: Consultation requests made through our booking system (bravesyl.mycrm.bd) are subject to that system's own terms in addition to these.

4. Fees and Payments

You are responsible for paying all applicable fees for services rendered, as well as any third-party fees (e.g., tuition deposits, visa application fees) in a timely manner. A detailed schedule of our service fees, if any, will be provided to you before engagement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Brave Education BD and is protected by copyright law.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
